I have been very hesitant about this review. Simply because the people were great despite that vast gap between the promise and the deliverable before and after the transaction. Rooms are smaller than they appear on the website, much smaller, the hotel is a modest property. None the less there are many pros to appreciate, especially the team. Food is very nice and taste amazing. But we paid way more than the property deserves

Very quite place with pleaseant sea view, rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast is decent. There is a few steps to walk in order to reach the restaurant( no elevator). Housekeeping staff are friendly and responsive. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed our time.

Check-in experience was extremely BAD, i waited for one and half hours just to check-in, the attitude of the first desk employees was not professional at all they keep saying times which was not ture, just a small note we came directly from the airport and we reached around 1 pm. I booked the hotel for a family a while ago and they couldn't provide the baby bed for two nights, the brought the last day of my stay. I don't think i will come to this hotel again nor recommending it to my friends

Stayed here one night in July. Very nice, clean property with a sea view. There is a cement factory just before the sea shore that some may not like from a view perspective but not in control of this hotel. Rooms are nice with modern look and great sea view from majority of the room. I was upgraded (free of cost) to a room with balcony and I loved it! Buffet breakfast was pretty decent as well. Would recommend this property and will revisit.

The experience was nice and warm, the food is perfect, breakfast not that much, prices are bit expensive, sea view from the room is amazing I recommend to visit this place.

We booked this hotel for 3-4 days, we came to the hotel without our luggages, they lost them at the airport. We asked for complimentaries and for an ironing machine, they said they will send them to us, but didn't, until we asked the second time. We ate breakfast there only once, we didn't like it at all! They hardly understand English, and they don't clean the rooms as one would of expect. They even bring one toilet paper roll at a time. The parking lot can be problematic, if someone didn't park in a good way, they can easily block the rest of the parking spaces. We booked a room with a seaview, but didn't really enjoy it, there are factories and building plants. And the rooms

We stayed here at this place and it was amazing people and amazing place, the manger is helpful and friendly. The place was very beautiful, clean and luxurious. They have the best breakfast. Highly recommended place in trabzon

Where to start off… we came to the hotel which is just outside of trabzon, not much around at all and is kind of isolated from the rest of the city, but anyway, went to the reception and they said that check in is at 2pm (it was 1:50). Whatever, we waited for around 15 mins to proceed with the check in. After passports and whatever else they said the rooms were not ready yet. I was kind of shocked especially since it was passed check in time. Keep in mind check out is at 11am so there is 3 hours available to clean the rooms, which is not big at all. We had 2 rooms booked both with views of the black sea. One was ready after 30 minutes and the other was not ready 3 hours after check in which is unbelievable for the amount you pay per night. Apparently some guy stayed 3 hours passed check out?! How is it not enforced by them to leave at the check out time? Just poor management, isolated from the city so if you dont have a car good luck. Rooms were nice looking but thats the only upside. Also, even with a sea view theres tons of construction which is not pleasing to looks at. Overall not a great experience.
